who are we?

Incorporated in 2011, we started out as cs draft as a small business, initially providing consultancy services solely for plan submissions.

Over the years, the company has gradually grown and expanded our services to include fire protection system installation and builder works, becoming a one-stop service for our clients.

Today, our comprehensive range of services includes everything from general builder works and fire safety installation to consultancy services for authority plan submissions – all available under one roof.

We offer a wide range of services; be it:

In order to proceed with the proposed renovation works, a feasibility study will be conducted to determine the overall layout(s) compliances.

Site surveys will also be carried out to ensure compliance with SCDF’s latest code of practice & regulations

Plans will be prepared with QP / PE endorsements and encryption in accordance to the latest code of practice & regulations for submission to SCDF to obtain BP (Architectural Plan) / FP (Fire Plan) / MV (Mechanical Ventilation) NOAs (Notice of Approval) / In-Principal Approval (MAA).

Registered Inspectors (RI) will be appointed to carry out inspections and ensure that the A&A works are in compliance.

Upon site completion, RIs will issue a Certificate of Supervision (Form 1) for QP’s FSC (Fire Safety Cert) application to obtain the final approval (FSC), in order for businesses / outlets to commence their operations.

Meanwhile, for MAA (Minor additions and alterations), there will be no FSC issued out, therefore the ” final approval ” is a lodgement acceptance letter only (MAA Submission is subjected to scope of works involved / building management’s approval – unit’s existing FSC is required).

Adhering to to the latest fire safety installation code of practice, fire safety installation is required to be done in order to obtain the FSC (Fire safety certificate) clearance once upon obtaining the FP (fire plan) NOA (notice of approval).
